Club Rules
The following is a list of rules that must be adhered to by all members.
1. This site is only to be used by photographers as a social utility and under no circumstances must any members contact other members to advertise anything that is commercially orientated. To deal with the problem of people joining only to obtain lots of e-mail addresses through group e-mails for marketing purposes each group e-mail will only be sent to 3 people at the same time. If you receive an e-mail from someone who is trying to advertise anything please report them via the contact page.
2. The club organiser is the only person who is permitted to organise meets so therfor no members are permitted to send group e-mails arranging their own meets. However, if someone wants to arrange something on a one to one personal basis with another member then it is obviously ok to do this outwith the club.
3. Initially the club organiser will arrange the type of meets that take place. Limiting the amount of meets will help ensure that the meets are well attended. When there are more members on the site a more diversified range of meets will be arranged to accomodate people with various photographic interests.
